Hi

When is the best time to add orange zest when making a brew just an idea. Or should I give it a miss.

Depends what your looking at brewing. I recently brewed a chocolate orange stout and added the peel at 10 min remaining of the boil

I also add it with 10 minutes of the boil remaining.
