Cleaned down all three FVs last night, going put to grab three kits etc layer. Got me to wondering what are your favourite three kits?

Have a plan for two of the FVs. One is going to be a wherry as I have a wherry kegged and want to get one. Bottled for comparison. Same with number two, I have a rasberry wheat beer bottled and fancy kegging one as It's a lovely session drinker.

That leaves me with number three. Going to brew something I have bot brewed yet. Any the people class as 'must brew' what is my stash missing folks?

Cheers,

Mason

my best 3 kits have been milestones raspberry wheat beer, woodfordes nelsons revenge and coopers irish stout, best cider kit was magnum pear.

Cool, its the milestone raspberry wheat I have and like too. I want something hoppy to chill down. Also local shop has now got the new woodforde kit, sundew. Straw coloured and hoppy it says. Sold!

This Raspberry wheat. Are we talking lots of Raspberry or a hint.

Also wheat beers in Kit form. Are they along the lines of the popular commercial wheat beers or a totally different taste altogether.

Finally, is there anything in kit form that gets close to a Leffe.

Thanks

It's a hint of raspberry. Smells strong but mainly after taste on the pallet.

It clears for one, don't expect a hoegaarden but its a nice drink all in all.

My favourite three kits are Woodfordes Nelsons Revenge, St Peters IPA, Muntons Santas Winter Warmer

Only done 2 so far, Wherry and a Nelsons Revenge, i have and Admirals reserve in the FV at the moment, but the Nelsons revenge is a cracking drink and in my opinion better than the wherry. :thumb:

Well I ended up with a wherry a milestone IPA AMD I couldnt resist the new woodfordes kit sundew. Looking forward to that and the IPA chilled in the future.

Muntons gold old english bitter is possibly the best one I've done so far, cleared in two weeks (sorry, couldn't resist trying it early!) but I left it for another 2 on top of that and the beer is fantastic. Reminds me of Cains traditional bitter, a fairly dark, full flavoured bitter.

Other than that, the home-brew-shop Di and Danny's ale also gets my vote.
