Hi does anyone know the ideal fermenting temperature for this yeast? I cant find anything about it online other than forums and peoples opinions seem to vary alot.
Thanks

I used to use this all the time and i am fairly sure its 20c to 25c, i have seen it going strong at 15c in my kitchen in winter and 28c in summer so as long as you can keep it between 15c and 28c youll be fine.

Thanks, it's the first time using a brew fridge with this yeast so never thought of it before

As above seems to cope with most things this yeast.

Wines I've made with it I've always held at 20°C in my brew fridge and they've all turned out well.

Its under-rated cos its not a posh yeast.

Infact its very forgiving of conditions and clears well

One of Youngs better products in my opinion.

I use it all year round and I've never had a brew fail yet it just took longer in the winter before I got a heat pad.
