Hi all, I have just completed a cider brew bottled it and waited two weeks before trying it the other day I put two bottles in the fridge overnight opened a bottle today and even after two weeks it was very nice good fruity taste and slightly sparkling so would recommend this cider can't wait to try it after a month or two
