youngs merlot underway

i just started a 5 gal youngs merlot that is ready to drink in 7 days!!!!!!! i am pretty sure that its not going to be the best wine i have ever had but i have a big bbq next weekend so i am sure it will be good enough lol

has anyone done one of these kits, how did it turn out?

I did a Piesporters a while back and as you would expect...a glass as it was being bottled did not live up to expectation....but a few weeks later we had a bottle and wow....where did that come from....much better...smooth..in fact we had 2 bottles...hic....so just serve it up and see what the folks say. :thumb:
