Well guess what? In a week my AIPA will be ready for a couple of days' dry hopping, then racking into the PB and bottles.

But we're going away for a week at Christmas which is right in the middle of when I'd do the switch between storing it for a a fortnight bin the warm then a further two weeks in the cold.

So I've got a choice. Do I store it for as long as poss in the warm (probably 10 days tops) then keep it cold. Or do I leave it in e warm throughout Xmas (at least three weeks) before putting it in the cold?

Just leave in warm and put in the cold when you back, as long as the sun not on them they'll be fine

Yeah, I would go with warm. I had to put mine in the cold after 10 days and it had barely carbonated.
