Been away for sometime working in Geneva so had to stop my new hobby.
Back home now so wanted to get going again so visited the not so local HBS and kicked off two young's 6 bottle kits, a zinfindel rose and a strawberry.
Then after reading through the wow posts decided to kick off a red grape, apple and blackberry wow.
5 days in and all are bubbling away nicely so fingers crossed all will be well.
