If you don't have fridge big enough for a cornie then you could get 2 PET Cornies. And rotate into frdge as required.

So now I’ve put it back in the fridge and enjoy once cold - or is that going to make it flat again?

It won't make it go flat but the pressure will reduce as the CO2 in the headspace will start to become dissolved in the beer at lower temperatures.

I’ve got a similar problem with a Bonfire Toffee Stout I’ve just done. Primary for 10 days, secondary for the same, into a corny and in the fridge. A week later, came to try it and flat as, no life in it at all.
The corny keg not leaking, it’s a known good keg and I’m not losing gas according to the regulator valve. Would’ve expected it to drain the cylinder by now if it is a leak.

Any ideas?

Is there definitely gas in the keg? Have you checked by pulling the PRV?
