If you don't have fridge big enough for a cornie then you could get 2 PET Cornies. And rotate into frdge as required.
 
I’ve got a similar problem with a Bonfire Toffee Stout I’ve just done. Primary for 10 days, secondary for the same, into a corny and in the fridge. A week later, came to try it and flat as, no life in it at all.
The corny keg not leaking, it’s a known good keg and I’m not losing gas according to the regulator valve. Would’ve expected it to drain the cylinder by now if it is a leak.

Any ideas?
