Don't you think they'd have polished that conical fermenter a bit
It definitely lets the side down ;)

that is so shiny it just cannot of ever been used!

that is truly awesome as pub breweries go though

if i ever buy a pub, i'd have something like that

There is a great brewery/brewpub set up in one of the Asian Airports (I forget which) . . . but the best thing is that the brewery breaches Health and Safety rules so has never been used . . . they have another brewery on an industrial estate to produce the beer . . . . Its very shiny though and must have cost well over 200K to install

Bolted down sadly.

that is one very shiny complete waste of money

strange that the hoses and stuff are lying around like it's actually about to be used though :hmm:

i'm surprised they didn't just sell everything... or relocate it to their other site and rethink their strategy

That Singapore Shiny is just Sexual Shinius Maximus
Some engineer has take the trouble to install it all and plumb it in. The last picture above shows the hopback which, since the darned thing has never been used, has some of the original plastic packing in it. The staff lockers are behind the fermenters and conditioning tanks.
It is simply a bit of eye candy for the passers by, but instead of just buying some shiny fermenters and leaving at that, they have bough the entire brewery, including plate chiller, pumps, lines, mashtuns with observation platform, the lot. At some point they will redevelop the airport food area...so that lot might get junked!
