Hi folks I have a small problem I could use your advice on. I bottled some of a brew and put the rest in a plastic keg. The bottles seem ok but the keg has not cleared and tastes very yeasty. What have I done wrong and is there anything I can do to salvage these 10 to 15 liters.
Thanks.
Malc.

you could look to fine the yeasty sediment out by adding gelatine to your keg, this will drag the yeast out of suspension in 24hours or so

How long has it been kegged is it a top or bottom tap keg?,if young it'll need longer for the yeast to settle out,it takes a tad longer than bottles

That's great thanks folks gives me a couple of things to try.will update in a week or two.
