Yes plenty of mine live longer than 18 months without Glycerin in the freezer 5 hrs didn't really get it cold

just i made starter at 7.30 am this morning doesnt seem to be doing alot so itll be fine then?

could take 2-3 days to get going, did you let yeast slowly warm up to starter temps?

How are you measuring your yeast? A measuring jug or is there a fancy yeast scoop thingy?

just a pyrex jug mate decant all beer and then just messure out liquid yeast and there you got you need about 200ml a 23L brew

Cool. Mine doesn't have a scale that small. Might need to buy one.

Do you build up the 50ml to 200ml by stepping?
