I added a Tsp (Per Gallon) of tomato purée to a batch of wine once as I was told this was good nutrient, worked out fine (I'm happily drinking a glass as I type this!) :drunk:

Correctamundo.

A tsp of tomatoe purée or tsp of marmite will work fine for some added nutrient.

And tbh for a gallon batch the yeast will do fine without.

I once threw a B vitamin tablet into a brew when I'd run out of nutrient, and the yeast seemed happy enough. But then I've only been doing 1 gallon brews too and there might be enough nutrients in the juices to keep the yeast going. Higher alcohol wines rely on nutrients more than lower ones. You can add the nutrient after a couple of days if that's when you get it, provided the yeast hasn't eaten all the sugar by then, but it might not be needed.

another great tip thanks for that , i am totally new to all this so everything is helping for the future i have all the ingredients you all have mentioned so might just drop abit in to help it ,thanks wayne
