What are member's opinions on using yeast nutrient in the late stages of the boil?
Personally, I've never used it nor have I ever used a yeast starter, I've not had a problem with fermentation struggles. I just sometimes wonder if it might increase things like flocculation or even perhaps flavour of the beer.
Any thought?
