My first few kits struggled to get down below 1014.
Since then i have added a teaspoon per 23 litre mix of yeast nutrient and every one has come down to 1010 at least.
For me its a no brainer and i now add yeast nutrient, i'd be interested to here what others views are on it. :thumb:

Never tried it to be honest but I've seen a few posts in the last couple of weeks from members who have used it with good results! I never really have any problems getting to my required FG so don't think I'd us it myself unless I was doing a high ABV brew.

I use the wln1000 and the servo things.

Ferments quicker and gets down further and is only about £2 per 10 gallon brew.
