Hi, I’m in the process of brewing a Belgian triple. After three days there is no glugging coming from the bucket. I have an Imperial stout in another bucket along side and it is glugging away no problem so no issues with the heat of the room. I contacted the company and he said it’s either not air tight (which it is) or the yeast isn’t working. He suggested adding more yeast to see if that works. Does anyone know how much yeast I need for a 9 litre brew?
Regards Keith.

I had a similar situation where I hadn't topped the airlock up enough and it was fermentating fine, it just didn't look like it was
