Hi,
I'm planning on brewing a small batch of Milk Stout this weekend (around 10 litres) to test out my recipe before I scale it up. I'm using Safale 04 British Ale yeast, usually I would make a starter with the whole pack and add it to a 20L batch. Am I best using half of the yeast this time? If I use the whole pack will it struggle to condition properly?
Cheers!
