Dear all, just looking for some reassurance. I'm going to bottle my Oktoberfest that has been in secondary in my shed for 6 weeks or so, is there going to be any viable yeast for priming? Should I leave it in secondary for longer? I used Wyeast Oktoberfest blend. Many thanks to any lager brewers who can advise, I've still yet to produce a decent lager and I'm hoping this will be it! T

Yes , bring beer up to room temp then batch prime and keep at warmth for a minimum for 2 weeks (poss 3) it will take longer to carb but will work .Mine took an age but is now lovely fizzy.

Cheers Pittsy, I've only just recently started batch priming but it has worked out well so far on a stout and saison, I'll up the sugar a fair bit for this one. T
