got an ipa going yesterday morning and used a wyeast 1056 smack pack, its been in the fridge happily bubbling away but i've just realised I hadn't changed the temperature from my last brew which was set at 20deg, reading the blurb on this yeast it seems it will give a cleaner more citrus taste (which I like) a few degrees lower, so I've just been out to the shed and dropped it down to 18deg, that 2degree drop shouldn't shock it too much should it, or am I just being a little paranoid ?
