WYEAST 3068 not refrigerated for 2+ months... still usable?

Among other brewing stuff I got this Christmas was this WYEAST 3068 yeast packet. In my drunken state at the time however I forgot that it needs to be kept in the fridge, and it has been in my wardrobe (between 17-21C) since Christmas day. Does anyone know if this will still be usable, or should I get another one?

If you're planning a brew and this is the only yeast you've got, I'd get a spare.

Then make up a decent starter with the old one - see if it grows, taste it, smell it and make a call. It might be fine, but if it isn't you've got a backup.
