Started culturing this up last week form a Butty Bach

I haven't been quite on it because of an injury so I have been going slow but may make a brew on my birthday in a few weeks with it

Anyone used it ? what do they think??

I have a Shepherds Neame in a similar Greg Hughes ESB conditioning and early signs are really good..

Fairly sure one of us did recently...
I've a terrible memory but I think it might have been @garethhuwwilliams

I've used it in a few styles now, and, as I said on the HPA thread, it gives me a nice clean fermentation.

I'm now on the 7th generation of the starter yeast and I'm brewing the same beer as the first time I used it, and it tastes virtually identical. I think that top cropping helps with reducing mutations across generations.

For me it works best in HPA, but I haven't tried it in a Butty clone yet
