Wurzles with tomatoe juice

I've just put on two wurzles with tomatoe juice, 1 white and 1 red seem to be fermenting well but with lots of solids on top, has anyone done this before? and if so how did it turn out?

Wurzles (sic) also wrong, punctuation generally ‘iffy’ and no capital letter after a question mark. I thought I might have some back-up when I saw that user name, but it appears I was wrong.
