To Make 6 Gallon

Moley said:
4 litres white grape juice
2 litres red grape juice
4 litres orange juice
2 litres cranberry juice drink
1 box (20) Twining's Raspberry, Strawberry & Loganberry fruity bags, double infused
5kg sugar boiled to a syrup
Cold water to 5 gallons for starters
1 tbsp tannin, GP wine yeast compound
2 tbsps pectolase, glycerine, nutrient

His recommendation is to put the tea bag infusion in as the top up to get the fruit flavours coming through but i forgot to do it and its all in there now, including my thermometer which slipped from me fingers so its out of action till I rack..

Also Put on another 1 gallon Original Orange WOW as I have a DJ free.

Day 17

Racked the 1 Gallon WOW with 1/2 sachet vinclear, shake to degas, and topped up.

Fruity pick Wurzel still bubbling a bit, so will give it another week.

This entry is a bit late:-

I racked the Fruity Pink Wurzel Last Sunday (Day 20) with 1.5 sachets of vinclear and topped up to 6 Gallon. Leaving to clear.

The 1 Gallon WOW is completely clear with a white snow on the bottom. Gona bottle today I think. Looks a bit glycerine(y) but will see how it tastes later.
