I'd suggest putting a bucket under a horse, collecting 5 gallons, then adding yeast. But, each to his own. :)

As I recall Shipstone's used to be similarly referred. I'm sure people used to alter one of the letters, but I can't remember which one. :hmm:

The Current Worthington E is a very Nice drink, a Cracking Bottle conditioned beer, and not that easy to get hold of, maybe at one time it was like hosspiss but its a differnet animal, now.

Not exactly sure of the recipe but I would suggest maris, crystal, northdown or northern brewer and Fuggles will get you somewhere near and whitelabs burton ale yeast.

It’s for my brother I think he wants to revisit his misspent youth
