Why is my Wii glowing blue and flashing

Morning snail ... which bit is glowing and flashing?

Could be 1..means you have a Mail messege from a friend or nintendo and it wont stop glowing intill you read the mail.

2..if your wiiconnect 24 is on, yes, the blue glow will be there. turn the wiiconnect24 off.

It was glowing round where the disc goes in and yes it was an update message from Nintendo. Technoligy and age just dont seem to mix. Bit like Bananas and Beer .

I used to laugh at my dad with technology updates... now I'm right there with him. Funny thing is, years ago there were too many buttons on things, now there don't seem to be enough.

What shames me more than anything though... I teach Technology.

mine was doing it yesterday, thought it was just something to do with the hard drive thats plugged in lol, be being me ignored it lols
