Has anyone else noticed how worms go absolutely mental for spent malt?
I put the used grist into the compost big, and when I came back the whole thing will be covered in worms. Over the inside of the lid, up the outside, around the rim. Everywhere.
The worms love it so much they even commit suicide on by jumping into the hot malt and cooking themselves.
I don't know what it is, but those worms love the malt.
