I do believe it does have those temp tolerances.
However, I bought some in january to try out to see what It should be like under decent temps. The results weren't good
First off it seems to be is a very floccluant yeast (although the MJ website says it floccluancy is medium) So it dropped out of suspension quickly and left lots of diacetyl behind. So I had to rouse the yeast to get it going again. About a week later it formed a second krausen. As a consequence of the diacetyl I had to leave it in the FV for 4 weeks for the yeast to clean itself up.
The final product is definatley not the best beer I've ever made, It has a slight twang kindof like a kit.
Now all of this could of course be down to something I did, however I cant think what. I fermented at about 20C definately no more than 22C during the yeasts exothermic stage. Also maybe It just doesn't suit London water. I never bother to treat my water just filter it with a Brita jug.
I don't think I would use it again. I am going to try mauribrew's English Ale yeast which has similar temp range
