Worcester Hop Shop

Does anyone have any news of Worcester Hop Shop. I placed an order yesterday, which is still pending according to their website, I haven't received any email acknowledgement, and when I call the phone is just ringing out. I've ordered several times before without any problems.

Panic over. I've been contacted by John and Kim and the order is now shipping, they may have had some IT issues

About a year or so ago, WHS upgraded their website and since then I had found it a "challenging" experience to use this new site using Internet Explorer. If I recall, @Drunkula was slightly critical of the new website, also. Yesterday I tried via Google Chrome and it was really slick!
Took moments to place the order and the shipping cost updated automatically, so as to hit the max weight without exceeding the 30kg limit.
Only downside is that I didn't really check what grain I had left, but not in work this week, so I was perhaps a little "gung-ho".

Yep. It's awful for so many reasons. When you create interfaces you need to get someone to use them that isn't on the design team.
