Just a quick question. How much sugar should I use to prime a Woodfords Wherry kit? I use 1/2 teaspoon per pint for my lagers and they turn out very fizzy so I'm assuming I'd use less for this kit.

Its all a case of personal preference. The usual advice is to use 1/2 tsp per pint but if you think that is too much for your personal preference then cut it back a little.

Try half with 1/2 teaspoon per pint, half with 1/4 teaspoon per pint. Lable them up so you know what is what and see which turns out better for you. Good luck!
