Hi guys

I am ready to barrel my Headcracker, and have realised I have stupidly thrown the instructions away. Do I need to add a sugar or beer kit enhancer or anything? It is only my 2nd attempt and am not sure whether it needs it.

You will need to add around 80grams of sugar to prime the barrel - normal sugar will do :thumb:

make it into a syrup with a very small amount of boiling water, let it cool then add to the beer in the barrel, easier for the sugar to dissolve into the beer.
