Did anyone try this yeast? So far I used wyeast 3068 and it is full of banana. I like cloves in my hefe. Perfect example is Hofbräu München Weisse. Sweet from malt, just a little bit hops in it and very beautiful clove aroma. Thank you

this will be the 1 you want if more clove wanted , also ferment at 18c for more clove and avoid stressing yeast (make a starter to help with clove too)
