Winter Warmer

Any body tweaked a beer kit to make a good winter warmer

I've modified a Wilco Winter Ale kit.
Brewed as per instructions, wasn't Christmassy enough so made up a tea from orange peel, star anise, cinnamon stick and a few spices I found in the cupboard and added to the brew before kegging.
Wasn't too shabby thumb

I love the Wilko Winter beer kit as it is, strong, great flavour and dark, all good, I am still drinking it now since Christmas, great.
