I started on Friday a WineXpert Classic Chilean Malbec, but after adding the concentrate I was just about to rinse out a 3 Litre jug that I had a VWP Solution in. I Poured the solution down the sink and was just about to rinse it out when the doorbell rang, a delivery had arrived and I went out to get it. When I returned I started to top up the fermentation vessel with water to the required level 23L. After I had finished I realised that I hadn't rinsed it out.
I continued anyway, added the oak chips and yeast etc and thankfully it has started to bubble.
The question is, Am I going to taste a the VWP when I bottle it?
