Is it at all possible to make wine with out all the sugar? Can it be substituted for something like splender or a similar product? To try and make a weight watcher wine ?

Splenda doesn't ferment that's why its used to backsweeten, you'd end up with a low alcohol supersweet glass of 'liquid'

Alcohol is the main source of calories in any wine, low alcohol wine doesn't store well but for short term use YOU could make a 'wine' without added sugar.

Me? I'm sticking with full fat, non vegan and a proper level of alcohol in my wine, I may die sooner than others but atleast I'll have lived first. :drunk:

That wouldn't be wine that would be low alchohol fruit juice :D

Alcohol doesn't, it's self, put weight on, but is used by the body in preference to any other form of energy.
Drink more, eat less!
