Will this still be OK?

Hi guys,

Not posted in a while.

Anyway - I put a brew on back in April (single bucket, still on the lees) and I haven't gotten around to bottling it yet.

Think it will still be OK? It's in a sealed bucket with an airlock. Haven't tasted it. Obviously, just wanted to know what you think.

There is a risk of autolysis But apparently a simple sniff will let you know if you have a problem...
