Will this be still ok to use?

I had some LME stored in a tub which I forgot about in a cupboard, its probably been there for the best part of 12 months...its went all wierd...

Looks like it's absorbed water from the environment and set solid...if there's nothing growing on/in it I'd still use it...have a taste :grin:

The WOW I made this afternoon was made using WGJ which went out of date April last year. It tasted absolutely fine considering.

Yeah it looks fine (i mean there is no mould growing or anything) and I did scrape a bit off and it tasted fine so I think I'll just use it for something, may just bung it into a simple AG recipe (SMASH of some kind) to use it up...or for priming bottles maybe?

But it won't necessarily destroy any toxins they have already made.
