Planning to brew an ESB (GH recipe) at the w/e, and as it's cold in the garage it will go in the heated cabinet after the first day or two.
However I've just remembered I have Heinrich the Hefe still burbling away in there finishing up (WLP300 @ 23ºc) - and I suspect the inside of the cabinet smells a bit like Banana Day on Banana Island.
Should I worry that the banana smell will affect the ESB?
edit: just to clarify, I'm not planning an open fermentation or anything like that - the ESB will be in a plastic bin with a lid/bubbler; but it will be sat next to the other one
