Hi all - Tinlife here!
Just bought a couple of these wilko IPA kits that are being sold off cheap because they’re reaching near end of shelf life.
Gonna brew one up next week and was looking at what I have in the freezer to perhaps bung in there to spice things up.
Got 25g of Amarillo pellets and 55g of citra pellets in the freezer. Both have been there a good few months. Also got 500g unopened LME and 500g Brewing sugar.
I’m planning to bang the lot in. The hops on day 6 or 7 for 3 days or so then bottle. Was wondering what people think? Is this kit hoppy really anyway? I mean, it’s called an IPA kit but is it really? Also do citra and Amarillo mix ok?
Any help much appreciated!
