Would this be ok for a WOW supermarket wine ? and if so any idea how long it would to take to ferment out ? :)

If this is the same stuff the answer is yes as for fermentation time there is no way of knowing it'll be done when all the sugar is gone, get yourself a hydrometer and trial jar (see post #3) its the only way to know for sure.
