Thought i would give the wilko cab sauv a go ... all racked and clearing, but gravity reading is fixed at 996. How can i get it up to 1.000 so it is drinkable... do i top it up with a sugar mix ?
on the other hand my 1st go at orange wow is looking good and tastes amazing for my first go at wine making. gravity on that was 1.000 yeasterday and 1.004 today. Should i rack again and filter and bottle.
