Yes, it's the Premium Cellar 30 bottle kits.
I picked up a Merlot today but they have a full range of reds and whites.

These kits are only 40% grape juice concentrate, only half of which is of the named variety, but you do get 6.8 kg, as opposed to the Wilco brand version, which is merely 1.7.
The kit can be improved somewhat by adding oak chips. Yeast nutrient speeds up the process to as little as 8 days. I added tartaric acid to the whites to make them less bland.

I just started the Shiraz last night - I bought it in the Wilko sale a few months ago.
I may add some yeast nutrient to it tonight then.

I've done it to the 23 litres as per instructions. Should I have done it a few litres short like people recommend with beer kits?

I've got a Sauvignon Blanc to go on too, when I get enough bottles/demijohns for it.

I was wondering whether to get some more - they must taste better than 66p/bottle, right?
WOWs are not any cheaper than that price one you've bought 2 litres of juice, yeast, and a kg of sugar.

I got a shiraz too, to compare with the Youngs cellar 7 version, which didn't taste like shiraz, but the Muntons premium chardonnay and sauvignon blanc were the same in that respect.
But, in terms of reds, I have yet to find anything to beat Californian Connoisseur on a authenticity/price/quality/longevity analysis, so far. On a scale where a basic sugar mash might be zero and pure vintage varietal grape juice might be 10, I would place Wilco brand kits at 1, Youngs Winebuddy at 2, Muntons premium and Youngs cellar 7 at 4

According to the instructions, the shiraz is now ready to drink. It doesn't taste like any shiraz I have tried and is quite rough. The Youngs cellar 7 version was much better at this stage.
The instructions go on to say that it will improve considerably if allowed to mature for several months. We shall see.
