I'm new to brewing and I want to ferment fruit to make some wine, but I have no idea which yeast I should be using. I've had a look and from what I understand you can't use bakers yeast, you need a wine yeast.. so I had a look on ebay at wine yeast and I'm not sure which one I should be purchasing? They've got all sorts on there like wine yeast, super wine yeast, dried active yeast etc. Which one should I get? Thanks for any info :)

I've used two sorts so far..

Young super wine yeast compound, which comes in a wee tub that will do 3-4 25l brews

a 5g sachet of Gervin GV2 yeast that a mate gave me, did a 25l batch no probs

I have always used Young super wine yeast compound and it works for me, i have never had one fail.
