I'm brewing a Fullers ESB clone this weekend and forgot to order yeast.

My homebrew shop has limited stock.

Which should I go for from the following.

Mauribrew ale yeast
Muntons premium gold beer yeast
Nottingham brewing yeast
Safale S 04
Youngs ale yeast

S-04 would be my choice...great yeast
Second choice would be Nottingham

I had good results with Muntons gold when sent a few free samples, SO4 for me has a same old taste, reliable though.
If It were my choice I'd go with Notty

I've done an ESB clone with Nottingham before and it came out well....not quite as good as the previous one made with cultured Fullers yeast though. I thought it had a slightly fruitier flavour than the Fullers and the attenuation was higher resulting in a stronger finished beer
