Which golding hops

Cobbs, Early Bird, Redsell Eastwell and Mathon
Which are the most common hops used please as I am buying 4 plants

Take your pick, when breweries (micros) buy them, we just specify goldings rather than the subtype.

Early Bird has a good reputation though, and is one of the oldest varieties.
