I've made some citrus whisky, out of a country Christmas book. It's basically a bottle of cheap whisky, juice and peel from Oranges, Lemons and Limes, along with sugar. It's been in a jar now for nearly 3 months. The final instructions are to strain the contents of the jar into a jug, then filter into the bottle. What filters do I use? And where do I get them?

I'd go for a paper coffee filter. I've made flavoured vodka with various different flavours (Sour Cherry from boiled sweets is my favourite) and running them through a coffee filter removes all the unwanted bits, including corn flour used in making boiled sweets

Another vote for coffee filters. I've used them for various vodkas as well (Skittles being my fav) and they work great.
