Hi All

I’ve been mulling over buying an all in one system for a few weeks now. A mate of mine also carries out all grain brewing and suggested the klarstein. It’s as you would imagine it’s German brand. Very very similar to various others on the low end cost of the market. I took the plunge early last week and they advised that it would be delivered no 6 June 22. When I awoke today there was a pleasant surprise waiting in my in box advising that it was to be delivered today and sure enough it was. As yet I haven’t unpacked it as it was delivered to my work address.I’ve bought it from a company trading under a name of Hi Fi from Berlin details attached they were selling for £60 cheaper than Klarstein themselves. The one I’ve bought does 30l which is adequate for no me but they
Do some much larger ones for those who boarder on industrial production. And it has a 24 month guarantee

I use the same machine, I have had it for about a year and I can't fault it except for the pump getting clogged up with hops a few times, I bought a hop spider and the problem was solved.

From the picture it looks very similar to the Brew Monk, Brew Devil and other machines.

I think they are all just rebranded, the Royal Catering one is identical.

I use the same machine, I have had it for about a year and I can't fault it except for the pump getting clogged up with hops a few times, I bought a hop spider and the problem was solved.

I hate hop spiders. When I had a Brew Monk I had one of these from Angel Home Brew. It worked brilliantly and kept the pump clear. If it fits your kettle it is a great accessory. It actually worked better than the bottom filter on my new expensive GF G40!

I still have my full horn I made a lot of lovely brews in it, I pushed to the limit to they are great kettle

Does anyone have any experience with the Royal Catering All in One? It does seem to be the cheapest option out there.. If it's pretty much just rebranded from he brew monk/Klarstein, I might be tempted to go down that route!

The Brewster Beacon looks great and I was very tempted however it does not have a tap which is a bit of a potential issue as you can only decant to the FV using the pump. Also there is a reported problem with the false bottom lifting during the boil and allowing stuff to pass through.

The Hopcat, does have a tap but does not have a sight tube if that is a problem for you.

Oh yeh that's definitely interesting..
I feel like I'm pretty sold on the Brew Monk one (done the obligatory month of research) - just interested to see if it's hiding under a different brand name for less ££ too. All dependant on me selling my BrewBuilder BIAB system first of course..
