The wife won at bingo last night so to celebrate i ordered a better brew czech pilsner a better brew export lager and a coopers european lager kit. 4kg brewing sugar and a primming bucket
any siggestions on which to do 1st : :

better brew pilsner is supposed to be a good one but i would add some spraymalt, probably half and half with sugar

I did a Coopers European Lager kit with 1kg of Coopers Brew Enhancer about 8 weeks ago and have just cracked it open tonight. Although you are supposed to leave it 12 weeks before drinking I can say it is a pretty refreshing lager, a bit light on flavour but very easy drinking.

Not be much chance of me leaving it 12 weeks this will only be my 2nd batch
i will have to build up a stock before i start leaveing it anywhere near 12 weeks :grin:
