Does anyone know where I can buy sorghum grain or millet, malted or unmalted. It’s looking increasing likely that I have intolerance to wheat and maybe barley. I have been tested for celiac disease and it has come back negative, but all I know if I drink beer that is wheat free, gluten free or otherwise my stomach doesn’t like it. So I want to look into non barley and wheat alternatives. I’m gonna make a test batch of beer using a sorghum syrup and see how that fairs.

In the meantime I want to see if I can source the appropriate ingredients to see if it is viable. But all I can find at the moment is the odd 500g bag of Sorghum on Amazon, whereas I’m really looking for 25 kilo bags.

Thanks

Neil

If you can't find the sorghum you might want to experiment with clarityferm. It is intended to clarify beer but it also reduces the gluten to levels that should be ok for people with gluten intolerance.
