I spotted this recipie after seeing a few other conversations about mango beer. It sounds interesting to me but I'm only just getting into extract before I go all the way to AG.

I've googled and searched for wiezen light malt extract and dried malt extract but haven't come up with anything. Can anyone help?

"Substitute 7.3 lb (3.3 kg) Weizen light malt extract or 5.9 lb (2.7 kg) Weizen dried malt extract for all grains. Use a Weizen extract containing at least 50 percent wheat with the remainder pale or Pils malt."

Ah what a tool, thanks guys, I wasn't thinking like that. I've used thehomebrewcompany before, so I'll use them for this.
I'll try going for 60% 40% like you suggested.
This one will be one to do in a few weeks, I'll get the hops and extract first.
I've got a golden ale extract to do first :)
