when to stick on lables

Hi, so I'm gonna try to stick on labels with milk at the weekend, I've had my bottles in the house for 2 weeks after priming and will be moving to the garage for a weeks cold storage before drinking/giving away.

I want to give some as gifts and gonna try sticking labels on with milk. would it be best to do this before cold conditioning or after? when's the best time so the labels sticks best?

I would say before - you'll need to allow drying time.

PS Have you sampled one?

sampled it whilst bottling, quite good for a flat beer not quite yet ready.
will sample another this weekend.

Hi!
Dunno - I don't label my bottles.
You don't want to be giving bottles away if the label hadn't dried; I thought that labelling after conditioning is going to tie up your bottles for longer.

Can't see the labels taking longer than 20 minutes to stick? We're talking about a tiny bit of milk evaporating after all. I've only done it once mind you.
