Cheers Richard. Appreciate the comment and tips. I'm just going to let it go until Sunday and by then I hope it will be finished the fermentation process. I'll check the abv tonight and again tomorrow morning. Do you suggest just one carbonation drop per bottle then? As I've bought them I'd rather use them up. Thanks again
